I created 2 posters about the gender pay gap within the healthcare industry in New Zealand. Nursing is a female dominate industry and because of this gender bias, nurses are paid considerably less than other healthcare specialists when their job is just as important.
Through different visual techniques I was able to explore different ways of showing this issue.
